Testimonial For NACE MLI:

"I attended the NACE Management Leadership Institute with the goal of preparing myself for broader, more managerial responsibilities. And the MLI gave me just what I was looking for - practical guidance in areas such as budgeting, strategic planning, and supervision that I had identified as weakness areas, along with a vision of how I can build on my strength areas to become an effective leader. I already find myself using what I learned in the leadership roles I have, and I feel more confident in taking on others. Plus I developed a great network - it's amazing how much you can learn from your colleagues during the week and how that translates into a renewed excitement for what we do. For those who have the chance to attend, this is one professional development event that will enhance both your own career development and your contribution to the career services profession."
